Accidents on Holiday

Accidents on Holiday – Compensation Claims

Accidents happen and injuries are sustained even when we are on holiday. Accidents even occur when we are going to and from our destination. This can of course have a devastating effect on a holiday and it is quite reasonable to seek compensation for your injuries if they have been caused by someone else’s lack of care.

Generally, holiday injury claims can be sub-divided as follows:

Compensation claim - Accidents and Personal Injury caused within UK holiday resorts

These include hotels, holiday camps, caravan sites, theme parks, adventure centres and all of the hundreds of resorts that are available to visit in the British Isles. The normal rules of law apply and as such if an accident and subsequent injury has been caused by someone else’s lack of care then it is often possible to make a claim for compensation.

Compensation claim - Accidents and Personal Injury sustained out side of the UK

Whether you have injured yourself on a package tour or on a holiday arranged by yourself you may have the right to claim compensation for you injuries.

As is the norm in all personal injury claims whether or not you have a good case to claim compensation for your injuries will depend upon the facts. Therefore we recommend that you contact us via the Claim Assessment Form under the trips, slips and falls section so that one of our panel solicitors can assess your claim and contact you to discuss matters.

If you or anybody you know has had an accident on holiday and sustained injury as a result in the last three years then it may be possible to make a claim for compensation for these injuries. This would of course depend on the facts and as such we recommend that you contact us via the Claim Assessment Form so that one of our qualified solicitors can confirm that you have a valid case for compensation and therefore assess your claim

Please note that all of our solicitors act on a ‘no win no fee’ basis and that you will receive 100% of any damages that may be awarded.
